Every step taken in education is a step toward a better future. With the support of the Mozambique LNG project, operated by TotalEnergies, a group of young people from Palma, Mocimboa da Praia and Chiure, in Cabo Delgado, are heading to Portugal to receive training in Industrial Welding, a critical skill for the country’s energy sector.
This initiative is part of our Local Content strategy, aimed at empowering young Mozambicans with the skills needed to contribute to oil and gas projects in Mozambique. By providing access to specialized training, we are strengthening local capacity and creating pathways for long-term professional growth.
