In a significant move to promote sports development, CD Parks formalized a partnership with Clube Desportivo de Pemba by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) last Friday, November 15.
This agreement establishes a collaborative framework between the two entities, under which CD Parks will begin funding a portion of the club’s activities starting in 2025. The initiative is designed to strengthen the club’s operations while enhancing the visibility and reputation of the CD Parks brand.
Moises Zacarias, President of Clube Desportivo de Pemba, expressed his delight at the signing of the MoU, describing it as a pivotal moment in the club’s history.
Nocif Magaia, Provincial Director of Industry and Commerce, who signed on behalf of CD Parks, reaffirmed the government’s dedication to supporting sports through this partnership. He announced an initial allocation of 2 million meticais for 2025 as part of the five-year renewable agreement.
